Having served as a Law Officer for the Ministry of Legal Affairs (formerly known as the Office of the Attorney General) and a Legal Advisor to various associations including the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to clients and investors who are looking to set up a business or require legal support in Myanmar and the region. She specializes in a number of areas of Myanmar law and has advised clients on company law, trademark registration, intellectual property as well as corporate and commercial law, including drafting of various commercial documentation such as non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements and other private agreements.
