Cheryn Yeow is a Legal Associate with the corporate and commercial team at KGP Legal LLC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree from the Singapore Management University in 2021 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022. She commenced her career in commercial litigation practice, with a focus on construction law. She has handled a diverse range of cases of both local and cross-border commercial disputes before the General Division of High Court, State Courts and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) forums (such as adjudication and international arbitration cases), prior to transitioning into a full corporate and commercial practice role with KGP Legal LLC.
Her practice spans the full spectrum of general corporate and commercial law matters, including regulatory and compliance matters, as well as the drafting of all kinds of commercial contracts / agreements.
