Finding Legal Services & Hiring Lawyers

Advomi is a platform for solely legal services. These are services performed by lawyers, legal professionals, paralegals and attorneys at law. The most popular services are related to corporate and commercial law for startups and SMEs. Other frequently ordered services involve drafting and reviewing documents, wills, personal legal services, etc.

If you want to make an inquiry for a certain case, you will need to post a request on Advomi. Your request will be visible to all lawyers on the Advomi network and each of them will be able to send you custom offers on private messages. You can further communicate and negotiate with the lawyers who have sent you their offers.

When posting a request you can also include your budget and a deadline for the delivery of the service. However, if you are not certain about these details, you can skip them and let lawyers determine price and time schedule for their services.

You don’t have to accept any of the offers presented to you. You can also cancel the request anytime you want.

If you have posted a request and received an offer which satisfies you, you can accept the offer through the Advomi platform. At this point you must transfer to Advomi the price of the service. The money will only be released to the lawyer once you have confirmed that the job has been completed.

The fee for services posted by lawyers on Advomi are always flat and should be clear to you from the page of the respective service. If a lawyer has posted a service and included his fee you can purchase the service directly without negotiating or communicating with the lawyer in advance.

If you negotiate with a lawyer regarding a request which you have posted, in order to engage the lawyer you must be presented with a custom offer. This offer is also always flat-fee.

Some services on the Advomi platform contain additional features offered by lawyers. These features are optional and can be ordered only together with the main service. Examples for extra features are extra fast delivery, additional revisions of documents or in-person meetings.

Extra features will always be labeled as such in the service description.

If a certain service posted by a lawyer on the Advomi platform is just not exactly what you are looking for you can request a custom offer from the lawyer. The lawyer is not obligated to present a custom offer and you are also not obligated to accept such offer.

Some of the services on Advomi are listed as on-demand. This means that if you want to purchase this service our team will find the best on-demand lawyer from our network to perform it.

If a service is considered on-demand this will be clearly indicated on the service page.

Price & Payment

When purchasing a service from the Advomi platform you must pay the service price as indicated in the service or the custom offer. The service price will always be visible and clear to you.

The lawyer is obligated to deliver the service only when you have paid the service price.

All payments for legal services which you purchase from lawyers must be paid on the Advomi platform. We advice you not to try and circumvent the Advomi payment system since it is the only way for us to provide you with our excellent payment protection.

However, there may be additional expenses for a certain service like stamp or stamp fees which are not included in the service fee. These may be settled with your lawyer out of Advomi.

Receiving payments from clients is prohibited for lawyers on the Advomi platform under our Terms of Service. If a lawyer asks you to pay him outside Advomi, you should decline the payment and report the request to our team by emailing us at admin @ advomi.com.sg.

Circumventing the Advomi platform when making a payment means that you will lose the benefits of our Payment Protection policy. Every payment made through Advomi is released to the lawyer only after you have confirmed that the job you have paid for has been completed. This option will not be available if you pay outside Advomi.

Requesting a payment outside Advomi may signal potential fraudulent activity by the lawyer. If the transaction is not completed on the platform, we won’t be able to assist you in case of a dispute and will also not be able to force our rules upon the lawyer in your favor.

You can report to us the request from the lawyer via email at admin @ advomi.com.sg. We will communicate with the lawyer and make sure that you receive the services in accordance with the rules of Advomi and be preserving for you the benefits of our Payment Protection policy.

In certain cases you may be awarded Advomi credits from our team. This can happen through our referral program or otherwise when explicitly stated on the Advomi platform. You can use Advomi credits to purchase legal services. Certain limitations may apply to the Advomi credits like time or service restrictions.
