Advomi provides free quotes and initial assistance through Client Managers.
To receive a quote, send us a request for legal services. Upon receipt, an Advomi Client Manager will match you with the best lawyer for your specific case and will send you a quote for the relevant service.

In order to receive a quote, you must send us your request for legal services. Once we have received your inquiry an Advomi Client Manager will match you with the best lawyer for your specific case and will send you a quote for the relevant service.
After your Client Manager matches you with the proper lawyer you will be introduced to them on the Advomi platform.
The Advomi platform allows you to communicate with your lawyer, exchange documents, perform secure transactions, and request ongoing assistance from your Client Manager.
No. You don’t need to create a user profile to send requests or inquiries for legal services to Advomi. Once we match you with a lawyer and receive your confirmation we will create a user profile for you to communicate with your lawyer through the Advomi platform.
Price & Payment
At Advomi we treat every client individually. Thus, we review every inquiry in order to find the best lawyer to provide the respective services and to provide services at a reasonable rate.
Some of our service have starting prices and price ranges described in the description of the service. They are a good indicator for what to expect in terms of price.
Receiving payments from clients is prohibited for lawyers on the Advomi platform under our Terms of Service. If a lawyer for payment outside Advomi, you should decline the payment and report the request to our team by emailing us at admin @ advomi.com.sg.
Circumventing the Advomi platform when making a payment means that you will lose the benefits of our Payment Protection policy. Every payment made through Advomi is released to the lawyer only after you have confirmed that the job you have paid for has been completed. This option will not be available if you pay outside Advomi.
Requesting a payment outside Advomi may signal potentially fraudulent activity by the lawyer. If the transaction is not completed on the platform, we won’t be able to assist you in case of a dispute and will also not be able to force our rules upon the lawyer in your favor.
You can report to us the request from the lawyer via email at admin @ advomi.com.sg. We will communicate with the lawyer and make sure that you receive the services in accordance with the rules of Advomi and maintain the benefits of our Payment Protection policy.
In certain cases, you may be awarded Advomi credits from our team. This can happen through our referral program or otherwise when explicitly stated on the Advomi platform. You can use Advomi credits to purchase legal services. Certain time or service restrictions limitations may apply.
Refunds are available if the lawyer fails to deliver the service.
Refund for misconduct is available after you file a dispute with our support team. We will review your claim and if we establish that the lawyer hasn’t delivered as agreed, we will refund the paid amount to your Advomi account with Advomi credits for use with future purchases.
You will receive your invoice upon request from our team by email.
