We are looking for a customer support to join our customer service team.

At Advomi we run a marketplace which helps clients find and book legal services. We provide excellent customer service to clients and lawyers. Although highly automated our marketplace need a professional human touch.

You need to have:

  • Experience in customer service;
  • Legal background. You don’t need to be a lawyer but should have extensive knowledge in Singapore law.
  • Ability to communicate with clients through written correspondence (email, chat) and phone calls;
  • Empathy and understanding of customer needs;
  • Ability to quickly process routine tasks and communication with clients.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Performing general customer service of our clients;
  • Resolving customer issues and answering to customer tickets and inquiries;
  • Facilitate communication between clients and lawyers;
  • Providing basic legal advice to our clients;
  • Create client strategies that encompass all aspects of out customer service.
